# Twilio WhatsApp Orders

Automatic orders!

We introduce Twilio to power automated WhatsApp Orders with the option to Accept/Reject/Send payment information - all automatically! \

Go to OnWhatsApp Dashboard->Marketplace->Subscribe to Twilio

Here's how you set it up:

1. Create an account on [Twilio](https://twilio.com/try-twilio) or [Login](https://twilio.com/login) if you already have one
2. In the Account Section, navigate to Account->Auth Tokens & API Keys.. here you will see your Account SID and Auth Token, which looks something like this:\

3. Copy the required fields and paste in OnWhats.App Settings tab as shown below:\
   Note: This will only work once you set Enable Twilio to YES and have your WhatsApp number enabled by Twilio. \

4. To make sure you have a smooth order taking process, also make sure in Settings->Order Settings, the Take orders on WhatsApp is toggled ON.\
