Let us guide you on how to connect your own domain / subdomain to your onWhatsApp Store

Navigate to the Settings tab in your dashboard and scroll down till you see this πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

  • In the section that says "Domain to be linked to your store"

  • Key in either a root domain, for example abc.com or a subdomain like shop.abc.com Note: do NOT put http or https here

  • Next, you login to your domain registrar, like GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare etc and create an A record pointing it to the IP -> 13.213.165.175

  • Wait for the domain records to flush, usually takes a couple of minutes to an hour. At the longest, it should not take more than 24 hours.
